I have long admired Christine Verleny’s work. She is a fearless and ferociously talented actor. Then I had the good fortune to work with her in my play “The Mentee.”
Her portrayal of Dana, a woman who has had to live with the suicide of her husband while raising a wild child of a daughter, was funny, sexy, scary, and achingly heartbreaking.
For this playwright it was a dream performance. Christine is a treasure. I believe she will enrichany production she is cast in.
